Founded in 2005 in Komló, Hungary, by an Italian paint manufacture and a Hungarian distributor, WUC is a specialized manufacture of paints, coatings, and synthetic resin systems for industrial, construction, and decorative use.
By leveraging the Italian co-founder’s advanced product development and manufacturing know-how alongside the Hungarian co-founder’s established distribution network and technical expertise, WUC has built a solid reputation in the domestic market for quality and reliability.
In 2025 Wells Advanced Materials (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. took over the control of the company. This strategic investment marks a new phase of growth, with a focus on expanding the product portfolio and diversifying sales channels to strengthen WUC’s market presence both locally and internationally.
While continuing to deliver high-quality coating solutions that ensure durability, performance, and reliability, we are preparing—under the guidance of WAM—to expand into resin systems for composites and serve a broader international market.
